Most of therapy (and speaking) is guiding people to recognize and then act upon what they already know they should do, but for some reason have chosen another path.
In this tape, a mother is concerned about her 19 year old daughterrsquo;s behavior which involves drinking and acting inappropriately.nbsp; She feels she has lost control and deosnrsquo;t know what to do (or does she?).nbsp;Letrsquo;s watch as she begins to understand and then trust her own instincts about what she as a parent is comfortable with and the steps she needs to make to help her daughter make better decisions.
